# Frequently Asked Questions

---

### **1. How are your online classes different from other programs?**

Our classes are fully interactive, with every student and teacher on camera. Unlike recorded videos or passive Zoom lectures, our format allows real-time engagement, questions, and feedback — just like an in-person classroom.

---

### **2. How are students grouped?**

We group students by skill level — not just age or grade. Fast learners are paired with similarly paced peers, while those who need more reinforcement are grouped in smaller, supportive settings. This helps both confidence and performance.

---

### **3. What is the class size?**

Class sizes are kept intentionally small, usually average 15 students per group. This allows for individual attention while preserving the dynamics of group discussion and peer learning.

---

### **4. What technology do I need to join a class?**

Any student with a computer, webcam, and stable internet connection can join. We use Zoom and other common platforms that require no advanced setup.

---

### **5. How do we register?**

Visit our [Register page](https://ncaslearningcentre.com/register) and fill out the quick enrollment form. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to confirm the best class group for your child’s needs.

---

### **6. What if a student misses a class?**

We encourage regular attendance, but if a student needs to miss a class, we’ll arrange an alternative session.

---

### **7. Do you offer 1-on-1 tutoring?**

Our core focus is small-group learning, but in some cases, 1-on-1 support may be arranged based on availability. Please contact us to discuss.

---

### **8. How does college counseling work?**

Attiya, our college counselor, works closely with students on essays, applications, and school selection. Counseling can be bundled with our SAT/PSAT programs or offered as a stand-alone service.

---

### **9. Is there homework or practice material between classes?**

Yes. Students receive targeted practice after each session. Assignments are reviewed in the next class to reinforce learning and track progress.
